Remember, Vote Martins on November 2nd!
The New Black Panther Party Voter Intimidation case, although dismissed on orders of the Obama administration, has resurfaced as a major issue leading into the 2010 mid term elections.
On election day, 2008, two members of the New Black Panther party, one armed with a billy club, stationed themselves outside a polling place in Philadelphia, PA, and hurled epitaphs at voters who dared to approach. The whole scene was captured on video and was the basis for a lawsuit by the voting rights section of the Department of Justice.
Here is my report filed on that day with videos of the event.
Here is my report on the Justice Department decision to dismiss a case it had already won!
The importance of this case cannot be exaggerated. If we are all not equal under the law then the law is meaningless. Since our entire nation is built upon faith in the law then the foundation of our country is undermined.
How far up this scandal will lead is anybody’s guess.
The New York Post posted a short report today.
The Washington Times has an excellent editorial here.
Keep following this case because the outcome will decide the future of our nation.
Here’s a little more background on the New Black Panther Party:
No words are necessary…
It was the perfect evening to call on the citizens of New Hyde Park to Dump the Taxman Johnson!
Forty patriots turned out to protest in front of Craig Johnson’s headquarters during its Grand Opening!
They plastered the windows over with signs so no one inside would realize they were outnumbered by the crowd outside!
We had a blast chanting “Throw the Bums Out!” and singing renditions of “The Tax Man”.

With only six weeks until the elections we need to use every tool within our grasp to get the Tea Party message out to the greatest number of people possible. Here is an inexpensive way to recycle lawn signs to help.
What you’ll Need:
- Old lawn signs. Collect them from your neighborhood, highway interchanges, where ever you can find them. The Gary Berntsen signs work great and will be used in this example.
- Staple Remover.
- Stapler (w/staples)
- Thick Black Magic Marker
- Tape (Clear packing tape works best)
Steps:
- Slide sign off wire support.
- Remove staples (three on a side, six in total) by prying up the staple ends and then pulling the staple out of the cardboard.
- Repair any rips or tears in the cardboard with tape. Be sure to put the tape on the printed side of the sign.
- Flip sign inside out to expose white unprinted side.
- Staple the two sides again just above or below the previous staple holes.
- Lay the sign on a flat surface and write your message. (We use Dump [politician's name], but you can use any short concise message you like).
- Slide the sign back on the wore supports.
- Place the sign in a high visibility area.
That’s all there is to it!
If you don’t have the tools or the artistic ability, still collect the signs and contact your local Tea Party to find someone who is doing the recycling and get the signs to them!
